About: Jenn O'Connor, PA-C, LMT, NBHWC and owner of Sustainable Wellness, Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching, has a rich, multidisciplinary background in musculoskeletal health, sports medicine, massage, nutrition, and yoga.  She works as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant in Sports Medicine, is a 2x Olympic Medical Provider, Sports Massage Therapist, and Yoga instructor.
